LaunchAnother.app is run by Shapes.io Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 12749052), with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Shapes.io Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described on this page. Contact us at support@shapes.io.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address and a password (stored hashed by our authentication provider), or your OAuth identity if you sign in that way.
  • Launch data: the product URL you enter, the launch brief and drafts generated from it, your edits, version history and comments, and any maker names, X handles, social links and contact email you type into the review step.
  • Uploaded images: logos and screenshots you upload. These are stored in a public bucket, so anyone with the image URL can view them. Do not upload anything you would not want public.
  • Usage data: page views and interactions through Vercel Analytics, and through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you asked for: generating and storing your launch pack (contract).
  • To secure the service and limit abuse, including the free launch cap (legitimate interests).
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (legitimate interests for Vercel Analytics; consent for Google Analytics).

Who receives it

  • Anthropic receives the text of the product page we fetch from your URL, your launch brief and your settings so it can generate copy. How Anthropic handles data is set out in its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Neon hosts our database and account authentication.
  • Vercel hosts the site and uploaded files (Vercel Blob), and provides Vercel Analytics.
  • Google (Google Analytics) receives usage data only if you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may process data outside the UK. We do not sell personal data. We never post to any social platform for you.

Cookies

We use cookies that keep you signed in. Google Analytics cookies are off until you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep account and launch data until you ask us to delete it. We do not currently delete it automatically after a set period.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. To delete your account and everything linked to it, or to exercise any other right, email support@shapes.io from your account email. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
